 Redeeming a Pokémon GO Exclusive Pack key is really simple, just follow these steps:

FOR IOS:

1. Visit Niantic Offer Redemption website. 
2. Sign in with the same credentials you use to access your Pokemon GO account. 
3. Enter your code. 

FOR ANDROID:

1. On the in-game map, tap the Poke Ball menu. 
2. Tap the Store icon. 
3. At the bottom of the in-game store, enter your code in the text box under Promotions. 
4. Redeem the code.
