How to activate a Nero key?

Before activating your key, please ensure you have downloaded the correct version of the software:

1. Double click the .exe file to install the main software applications firstly.
2. After installation, run Nero Start and login to your account or create a new one.
3. In Nero Start, click the icon in the top right corner and click Manage my account link.
4. In My Products tab, choose the Activate more products button. 
5. Put your activation code in.

The key is not working

If you have activated the key according to the guide but the code appears not to work, please check what type of error message you receive and depending on it follow the appropriate instructions:

• My key is Duplicated / Already used
• My key is Invalid
• My key is region locked / can't be activated in my country
• My key did not activate all of the content   
• My key does not work. What should I do?
