Product Description
Check the product description and "Important Notes" to see exactly what is included with your purchase. Our bundles might differ from those on other platforms, so verify the contents before buying to ensure the product has everything you need.
More keys to activate
Keep in mind that some bundles are split into multiple keys. Be sure to activate every single one so you don't miss out on any of your new content.
To ensure you haven't missed any keys, click "copy" and paste the text into a blank document. From there, you can clearly see all the provided codes and activate each one separately.
Steam DLCs
If you believe you are missing a Steam DLC, please double-check your account to confirm. You can view your owned downloadable content by navigating to your Steam Library, clicking on the base game, and checking the "DLC" section on the right side of the page. If your item is not listed there, the content may indeed be missing.
Still missing content
If the content is still missing, please reach out to our Customer Support team. To ensure your case is processed as quickly as possible, please prepare full-screen screenshots showing the issue:
- The Steam DLC section the same you checked before
- Your Games Library and licenses for the platform the product is designed for
Please note: These screenshots cannot be cropped or edited in any way. Your entire screen must be visible, including your computer's taskbar showing the current date and time.
Once you submit these images to us, we will investigate the matter right away. If the issue is confirmed, we will gladly offer you either a replacement key or a full refund.
