My key is region locked / can't be activated in my country. How can I proceed?

If the key appears to be region locked, there is no need to panic. We assure you the matter can be resolved smoothly, simply follow these steps:

  • first of all, make sure the product you purchased can in fact be activated in your region. You can verify this by checking the regional limitations on the page of the product you bought. 

You can see whether the product will work in your country or not in the "Will work in" feature that is visible at the top of the product page. Furthermore, if the product has any specific regional limitations, it will also be highlighted as a red note with exact description about where the product cannot be redeemed.

  • entered key before its activation
  • displayed error message after activation
  • your Games Library of the platform for which the product is designed
