How to Activate Star Trek Online - Temporal Agent Starter Pack

Redeeming a Star Trek Online - Temporal Agent Starter Pack key is really simple, just follow these steps: 

1. Go to StarTrekOnline.com
2. Login to your account or sign up for free
3. Have at least one character created
4. Click the Arc logo at the top left of the Arc Client
5. Click “Redeem a Code” and enter your code
6. Launch the game and complete the Tutorial
7. Claim the item from the CStore in the “items” tab 

The key is not working

If you have activated the key according to the guide but the code appears not to work, please check what type of error message you receive and depending on it follow the appropriate instructions:

• My key is Duplicated / Already used
• My key is Invalid
• My key is region locked / can't be activated in my country
• My key activated a different product
• My key did not activate all of the content
