How to activate a Bigo Live UID Top-Up?

Activating your Bigo Live UID Top-Up could not be easier. Simply follow these few steps:

How to find your BIGO ID?

1. Open the BIGO LIVE app and make sure you're logged in.
2. Tap on your profile picture in the bottom right corner of the screen.
3. Your BIGO ID will be displayed at the top of your profile page, under your nickname.

How to recharge:

1. Enter your User ID;
2. Direct top-up will be added after the required account ID details are provided.

The key is not working

If you have activated the key according to the guide but the code appears not to work, please check what type of error message you receive and depending on it follow the appropriate instructions:  

• My key is Duplicated / Already used
• My key is Invalid
• My key is region locked / can't be activated in my country
• My key activated a different product
• My key did not activate all of the content
