My key is not working. What should I do?
Activating the key in the right way
If your key appears not to work, don't worry - we assure you it can be smoothly clarified.
- first of all, make sure that you activate the code according to its Activation Instructions. You can find the guide on how to redeem the key by clicking on the "instruction" icon next to your key, on the product page of the game you bought (in the Description) or simply in our Knowledge Base
- make certain that you make no typos when entering the key. Sometimes it is easy to mistake "S" with "5", "1" with "I" etc, so it is best that you use the "copy" feature next to the key
My key still does not work
If the issue persists, please check what type of error you receive and depending on it, follow the appropriate instructions:
- My key is Duplicated / Already used
- My key is Invalid
- My key is region locked / can't be activated in my country
- My key activated a different product
- My key did not activate all of the content
