A "Region Locked" error indicates that you are attempting to activate the key from an unsupported geographical location. Please note that even "Global" keys can sometimes have specific regional restrictions listed on their product page. If you encounter this error, we recommend double-checking the product description first. If there is no mention of a region lock for your country, please reach out to our Customer Support team for further assistance.

Too many attempts
This error simply means you have tried to activate a key too many times in a short period. It does not indicate that your key is invalid, which is why we cannot issue a refund for this specific error. Please wait a little while and try redeeming the key again.

If your issue wasn't listed, please reach out to our Customer Support team. To ensure your case is processed as quickly as possible, please prepare full-screen screenshots showing the issue.
