Reporting an issue with your purchased DLC Key for Steam couldn't be easier.
For that, please first prepare such screenshot first:
- Go to your Library in the Steam client.
- Right click the game and select Properties... from the menu.
- Then select DLC in the window that appears:
- Take a screenshot of that tab included. Make sure the screenshot is in fullscreen and it is not edited.

The key is not working
If you have activated the key according to the guide but the code appears not to work, please check what type of error message you receive and depending on it follow the appropriate instructions:
