How to activate Lineage II key?

Activating a Lineage II key is really simple, just follow these steps:

1. Log in to your NCSOFT Account and enter "Apply a Code" section.
2. Enter your Lineage II code. Press Activate.
3. Select Lineage II server and the character that you wish to receive the item.
4. Once selected, the item will be sent to the in-game Dimensional Warehouse. (You will receive a confirmation email when your code redeems.)
5. Log in to your Lineage II server.
6. Finally, navigate to a Dimensional Warehouse NPC in the nearest town to claim your new item. 

The key is not working

If you have activated the key according to the guide but the code appears not to work, please check what type of error message you receive and depending on it follow the appropriate instructions:

• My key is Duplicated / Already used
• My key is Invalid
• My key is region locked / can't be activated in my country
• My key activated a different product
• My key did not activate all of the content
