How to activate an AirCash Gift Card key?

Activating an AirCash Gift Card key is really simple, just follow those steps:

1. To redeem the card go to airbnb.de/terms/eu_gift_cards and log into your account.

2. Gift cards can be used for any stay, Experience or Online Experience on Airbnb.

3. Once you redeem your card and add the funds from the card to your account, you can go to Payment methods in your Account and check your balance.

4. Once a gift card has been added to your Airbnb account, the funds won’t expire.

The key is not working

If you have activated the key according to the guide but the code appears not to work, please check what type of error message you receive and depending on it follow the appropriate instructions:

• My key is Duplicated / Already used
• My key is Invalid
• My key is region locked / can't be activated in my country
• My key activated a different product
• My key did not activate all of the content
