How to activate an AIBI Gift Card key?

Activating an AIBI Gift Card key is really simple, just follow these steps:

1. Visit any of the AIBI outlets in Singapore.
2. Once you complete shopping, ask for a gift card redemption desk at the payment counter.
3. Present your Mooments gift card at the cashier.
4. Once the cashier/redemption person enters your Gift Card code in their system, you will receive an OTP. Share this with them.
5. Redemption completed.

The key is not working

If you have activated the key according to the guide but the code appears not to work, please check what type of error message you receive and depending on it follow the appropriate instructions:

• My key is Duplicated / Already Used. How can I proceed?
• My key is Invalid. How can I proceed?
• My key is region locked / can't be activated in my country. How can I proceed?
