Help CenterActivating a Victoria's Secret Gift Card key is really simple, just follow these steps:
- Go to https://www.victoriassecret.com/
- Redeemed the code in the Offers & Payment section in Checkout.
Notes:
- You won’t need a credit card if the gift card balance covers the entire total. A credit card is required for any balance due after your Gift Card has been applied.
- Any unused balance will remain on your gift card.
- Up to 10 gift cards may be used per order.
- You can check the balance on your Gift Card here.
The key is not working
If you have activated the key according to the guide but the code appears not to work, please check what type of error message you receive and depending on it follow the appropriate instructions:
- My key is Duplicated / Already Used. How can I proceed?

- My key is region locked / can't be activated in my country. How can I proceed?
