How to activate a Vanilla Visa key?

Activating a Vanilla Visa key is really simple, just follow those steps:

1. Make sure the balance of the Vanilla Gift Card is more than the entire cost of the purchase, including taxes
2. Select 'Credit' or 'Debit' as the Payment Method (Do not select 'Gift Card')
3. In the Payment Method section, enter the card information as you would a credit or debit card
4. In the Billing Address section, please fill in your name and address.

The key is not working

If you have activated the key according to the guide but the code appears not to work, please check what type of error message you receive and depending on it follow the appropriate instructions:

• My key is Duplicated / Already used
• My key is Invalid
• My key is region locked / can't be activated in my country
• My key activated a different product
• My key did not activate all of the content
