Help CenterActivating a Tim Hortons Gift Card key is really simple, just follow these steps:
- You can use your Tim Card to pay for your purchases in-restaurant, at participating locations
- Provide your Tim Card PIN and Security Code to cashiers at checkout
- Each time you use the Tim Card, the amount of your purchase will be deducted from the balance remaining and your new balance will be displayed on the card reader.
The key is not working
If you have activated the key according to the guide but the code appears not to work, please check what type of error message you receive and depending on it follow the appropriate instructions:
- My key is Duplicated / Already Used. How can I proceed?
