How to activate a Ticketmaster Gift Card key?

Activating a Ticketmaster Gift Card key is really simple, just follow these steps:

1. In order to redeem and use your Ticketmaster Gift Card go to https://www.ticketmaster.de/.
2. When you're ready to check out, select Add Credits / Promo Codes / Gift Cards in the Payment section and enter your gift card number and PIN.
   All Ticketmaster Gift Cards have a PIN number.

Note: If you don't see the option to add a gift card, that means gift cards aren't acceptable for that event (e.g. gift cards aren't accepted for MLB or Fan-to-Fan Resale tickets).

The key is not working

If you have activated the key according to the guide but the code appears not to work, please check what type of error message you receive and depending on it follow the appropriate instructions:

• My key is Duplicated / Already used
• My key is Invalid
• My key is region locked / can't be activated in my country
• My key activated a different product
• My key did not activate all of the content
