- Select Your Purchase: Choose items from participating SM stores, restaurants, or entertainment venues.
- Present Gift Pass: At checkout, present your SM Gift Pass to the cashier or scan the QR code if redeeming online.
- Apply Balance: The cashier will apply the gift pass amount to your total purchase.
If your purchase exceeds the gift pass balance, you can pay the remaining amount with another payment method.
The key is not working
If you have activated the key according to the guide but the code appears not to work, please check what type of error message you receive and depending on it follow the appropriate instructions:
- My key is Duplicated / Already Used. How can I proceed?
