- You can redeem gift cards as a new user or add a gift card to your existing Sling TV account.
- To redeem a gift card without making changes to your subscription, log into 'My Account' and then click on 'Add Gift Card'.
- Enter the gift card PIN/ number and then click REDEEM to apply the card balance to your account.
The key is not working
If you have activated the key according to the guide but the code appears not to work, please check what type of error message you receive and depending on it follow the appropriate instructions:
- My key is Duplicated / Already Used. How can I proceed?
