Help CenterActivating a Sinopec Fuel Card key is really simple, just follow these steps:
- At the Pump:
- Insert the card into the pump's card reader.
- If prompted, select "CREDIT" (not debit).
- If asked, enter your current mileage or press 99 to skip.
- If prompted, enter your 4-digit Driver ID if you have one set up.
- Fill up your vehicle as usual.
- At the Cashier:
- If you prefer, you can present the card to the cashier and pay at the till.
- The cashier will either tap or swipe the card.
- You may be asked if you want to record your milage and vehicle registration.
The key is not working
If you have activated the key according to the guide but the code appears not to work, please check what type of error message you receive and depending on it follow the appropriate instructions:
- My key is Duplicated / Already Used. How can I proceed?
- My key is Invalid. How can I proceed?
- My key is region locked / can't be activated in my country. How can I proceed?
- My key activated a different product that it was supposed to. How can I proceed?
- The key I bought didn’t activate all of the content it was supposed to. What can I do?
