Activating a Raffles Hotels & Resorts Gift Card key is really simple, just follow these steps:

• At the Hotel

1. Mention the card at booking: 

   Inform your hotel about the gift card when making your reservation to ensure it can be used to pay for your stay or services. 

    
2. Show the card at checkout: 

   When you check out, or to pay for any service (like dining or spa treatments) as an in-house guest, show the physical or digital gift card to the cashier. 

    
3. Manual entry:
