How to activate a QUO Gift Card key?

Activating a QUO Gift Card key is really simple, just follow these steps:

1. Once you receive your QUO CARD Pay, open https://www.quocard.com/pay/ to view the QUO CARD Pay page.
2. When you open the received URL and the amount is displayed.
3. When using QUO CARD Pay at a store, you can easily pay by simply tapping "お支払い（Payment)” and showing the displayed bar code screen at the store.

Note: QUO CARD Pay cannot be used with mobile phones and tablets other than smartphones.

The key is not working

If you have activated the key according to the guide but the code appears not to work, please check what type of error message you receive and depending on it follow the appropriate instructions:

• My key is Duplicated / Already Used. How can I proceed?
• My key is Invalid. How can I proceed?
• My key is region locked / can't be activated in my country. How can I proceed?
• My key activated a different product that it was supposed to. How can I proceed?
