How to activate a Qoo10 Gift Card key?

Activating a Qoo10 Gift Card key is really simple, just follow these steps:

1. Go to "My Qoo10" which can be found on the menu. 
2. Select "Gift Card".
3. In the "Gift Card" page under "Top-up a Gift Card received" for website or "Redeem a received Gift Card" for app. 
4. Enter your promotion code on the Gift Card in the "Serial No." and "Verification No." fields. 
5. Tap on the "Top-up" button to redeem your Gift Card. 
6. Once done, your Gift Card is redeemed and saved in your account under "My Gift Card" which you can use later upon checkout. 

The key is not working

If you have activated the key according to the guide but the code appears not to work, please check what type of error message you receive and depending on it follow the appropriate instructions:

• My key is Duplicated / Already Used. How can I proceed?
• My key is Invalid. How can I proceed?
• My key is region locked / can't be activated in my country. How can I proceed?
• My key activated a different product that it was supposed to. How can I proceed?
