Help CenterActivating a PowerPoint 2024 key is really simple, just follow these steps:
- Go to www.office.com/setup.
- Sign in with your Microsoft account, or create one if you don't have one. Be sure to remember this account.
- Enter your product key, without hyphens, if prompted. If you don't see the option to enter your product key, it was entered for you automatically.
- Follow the prompts to finish the redemption process.
The activation key will bind to your Microsoft account. If you'd like to move the license between devices, you will need to DEACTIVATE it before transfering to a new device. You CANNOT have two active devices at the same time!
The key is not working
If you have activated the key according to the guide but the code appears not to work, please check what type of error message you receive and depending on it follow the appropriate instructions:
- My key is Duplicated / Already Used. How can I proceed?
- My key is Invalid. How can I proceed?
- My key is region locked / can't be activated in my country. How can I proceed?
- My key activated a different product that it was supposed to. How can I proceed?
- The key I bought didn’t activate all of the content it was supposed to. What can I do?
