How to activate a Petrol Ofisi Gift Card key?

Activating a Petrol Ofisi Gift Card key is really simple, just follow these steps:

1. If you have downloaded the Petrol Ofisi mobile application and become a member before, or if you have a Positive Card membership before, you should open our mobile application and log in, then click on the Menu tab on the home page of the application. By accessing the Add Reference Code area here and pressing the Add New Reference Code button, you can complete the code entry sent to you for the gift fuel and instantly view your campaign benefit in the My Transaction History section under the My Account tab.
2. From this point on, when you come to Petrol Ofisi stations, which are members of Positive Card, you can complete your points redemption process by telling the staff at our market that you want to use your gift fuel for your fuel purchase, and by telling your phone number via POS. 

The key is not working

If you have activated the key according to the guide but the code appears not to work, please check what type of error message you receive and depending on it follow the appropriate instructions:

• My key is Duplicated / Already Used. How can I proceed?
• My key is Invalid. How can I proceed?
• My key is region locked / can't be activated in my country. How can I proceed?
• My key activated a different product that it was supposed to. How can I proceed?
• The key I bought didn’t activate all of the content it was supposed to. What can I do?
