How to activate a PCS Mastercard key?

Activating a PCS Mastercard key is really simple, just follow these steps:

From the website:

1. Login to "My Account".

2. Go to the “Top up my card” menu.

3. Click on “PCS top up voucher”. 

4. Enter the 10-digit code that you received from us. And you’re done!  Your prepaid credit is applied to your card balance.

From MyPCS mobile app for iOS or Android:

1. Open the app and go to the “Top up” menu.

2. In the coupon section, enter the 10-digit code that you received from us. Ready!

The key is not working

If you have activated the key according to the guide but the code appears not to work, please check what type of error message you receive and depending on it follow the appropriate instructions:

• My key is Duplicated / Already Used. How can I proceed?
• My key is Invalid. How can I proceed?
• My key is region locked / can't be activated in my country. How can I proceed?
