Help CenterActivating a MALL Gift Card key is really simple, just follow these steps:
- Go to MALL (HR, SK, CZ).
- Put all the goods you have chosen in the basket and proceed to complete the order.
- Choose the delivery method, fill in the address for sending the goods and choose the payment method.
- Enter the gift certificate code in the Gift certificate or discount voucher field and confirm with the OK button. If you combine multiple codes, separate them with a space or comma.
- After entering the codes, the total value of the gift certificates will be immediately deducted from the total amount of your order, so you will immediately see how much you have left to pay.
- Then just complete the order.
The key is not working
If you have activated the key according to the guide but the code appears not to work, please check what type of error message you receive and depending on it follow the appropriate instructions:
- My key is Duplicated / Already Used. How can I proceed?
- My key is Invalid. How can I proceed?
- My key is region locked / can't be activated in my country. How can I proceed?
- My key activated a different product that it was supposed to. How can I proceed?
- The key I bought didn’t activate all of the content it was supposed to. What can I do?
