How to activate a Jernia Gift Card key?

Activating a Jernia Gift Card key is really simple, just follow these steps:

1. Go to Jernia.no
2. Select product(s) and proceed to shopping basket and checkout.
3. Select "Use gift card" under the heading "Do you have a gift card or discount card".
4. Enter the gift card number, pin code (CVV) and amount from the gift card.

How to redeem in-store:

1. Show your mobile phone gift card at the checkout.

The key is not working

If you have activated the key according to the guide but the code appears not to work, please check what type of error message you receive and depending on it follow the appropriate instructions:
