How to activate a JD.com Gift Card?

Redeeming a JD.com Gift Card is really simple, just follow these steps:

1. Visit jd.com and login,
2. Select products to add to the shopping cart. JD giftcard is only eligible for ‘JD self-distributed’ items excluding books, virtual products, pre-sale items, sales items, investment items, duobao island, JD international, JD pharmacy, items sold by third parties, and any other items that are affected by government policies or restricted by law,
3. On payment page, choose "Use Discount" then "Gift Card". Enter the JD E-card pin, click "Binding" to attach the E-card to the account. Multiple JD E-cards can be bound and used,
4. Please follow the operating instructions as prompted.

The key is not working    

If you have activated the key according to the guide but the code appears not to work, please check what type of error message you receive and depending on it follow the appropriate instructions:  

• My key is Duplicated / Already used
• My key is Invalid
• My key is region locked / can't be activated in my country
• My key activated a different product
• My key did not activate all of the content
