How to activate a Hey You Gift Card key?

Activating a Hey You Gift Card key is really simple, just follow these steps:

1. Download or open the Hey You app
2. Select 'Redeem code' in the menu tab
3. Enter your voucher code and tap 'Redeem'
4. Your voucher amount will be added to your balance!

The key is not working

If you have activated the key according to the guide but the code appears not to work, please check what type of error message you receive and depending on it follow the appropriate instructions:
