Help CenterActivating a Hema Gift Card key is really simple, just follow these steps:
- Pay with a HEMA gift card on hema.nl if you have your order delivered.
- During the payment process, choose the 'pay with gift card' option.
Notes:
- You can pay with one or more gift cards.
- If the balance on your gift card is insufficient, you can pay the rest of the amount with iDeal.
*paying online with your HEMA gift card is not possible when ordering photo products, tickets, bicycles and folding bicycles, custom curtains and insurance.
The key is not working
If you have activated the key according to the guide but the code appears not to work, please check what type of error message you receive and depending on it follow the appropriate instructions:
- My key is Duplicated / Already Used. How can I proceed?
