How to activate a Fnac Gift Card key?

Activating a Fnac Gift Card key is really simple, just follow these steps:

1. After sellecting products on https://www.fnac.es/ click the Pay now button.
2. If the seller offers more than one shipping option, select the one you want.
3. Enter the redemption code in the Redeem a Gift Card field.
4. Click the Apply button to see your new order total, and then click the Continue button.
5. Check your order details, and then click the Confirm payment button.

The key is not working

If you have activated the key according to the guide but the code appears not to work, please check what type of error message you receive and depending on it follow the appropriate instructions:
