How to activate a Final Fantasy key?

Activating a Final Fantasy code is really simple, just follow these steps:

1. Go to this site
2. Log into the Mog Station with your Square Enix credentials. 
3. Choose "Your Account" in the upper-left corner of the page.
4. Click on "Enter the Registration Code for the Expansion".
5. Put the code in and choose "Next" button.
6. Confirm the key activation. 
7. Follow the on-screen guides and complete key redemption.

The key is not working

If you have activated the key according to the guide but the code appears not to work, please check what type of error message you receive and depending on it follow the appropriate instructions:

• My key is Duplicated / Already used
• My key is Invalid
• My key is region locked / can't be activated in my country
• My key activated a different product
• My key did not activate all of the content
