How to activate a Douglas Gift Card key?

Activating a Douglas Gift Card key is really simple, just follow these steps:

1. Add products to your cart.
2. On the left side, right under the items in cart, there is a field "Gift Card".
3. Upon clicking on it, a new window appears, were you can apply your Gift Card code and PIN.

Notes:

• During one checkout session you can only use up to 3 various gift cards!
• Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash!
• Regulations for using the electronic voucher can be found at: www.douglas.pl/index_c0093.html.

The key is not working

If you have activated the key according to the guide but the code appears not to work, please check what type of error message you receive and depending on it follow the appropriate instructions:

• My key is Duplicated / Already used
• My key is Invalid
• My key is region locked / can't be activated in my country
• My key activated a different product
• My key did not activate all of the content
