- Visit coop.ch or another Coop online store (e.g., coop@home).
- Add products to your cart and proceed to checkout.
- Enter gift card details: In the "Apply gift card" field, enter your gift card number and PIN to apply the balance toward your purchase.
- Confirmation: Once accepted, the gift card will be used as a payment method.
The key is not working
If you have activated the key according to the guide but the code appears not to work, please check what type of error message you receive and depending on it follow the appropriate instructions:
