- In-Store Redemption Instructions:
To redeem in stores, present gift card to cashier in any Clarks, Clarks Outlet or Bostonian store at the time of purchase.
- In-Store Mobile Redemption Instructions:
Recipient: To redeem your gift card from a mobile device display the gift card number and associated PIN to the cashier at the time of purchase.
- Cashier:
Hand key the gift card number and associated PIN into the POS.
- Online Redemption Instructions
To redeem online at www.clarksusa.com, enter the gift card number and PIN number at the checkout payment step.
The key is not working
