How to activate a Canva Pro key?

Redeeming a Canva Pro key is really simple, just follow these steps:

1. On your browser, log in to the Canva account that you want to upgrade to Canva Pro.
2. Visit https://www.canva.com/redeem/.
3. On the text field, enter your coupon code.
4. Verify that you’re logged in to the correct account before clicking Redeem my coupon.

You can’t redeem a Canva Pro or Canva for Teams code if you have an active plan. Even if you cancel your plan, your code still won’t work until your last paid period ends.

The key is not working

If you have activated the key according to the guide but the code appears not to work, please check what type of error message you receive and depending on it follow the appropriate instructions:  

• My key is Duplicated / Already used
• My key is Invalid
• My key is region locked / can't be activated in my country
• My key activated a different product
• My key did not activate all of the content
