Help CenterActivating a BCF Gift Card key is really simple, just follow these steps:
- Visit a BCF store or go to BFC website.
- Browse through the wide range of products and add desired items to the shopping cart.
- During the checkout process, enter the gift card number and PIN (if applicable).
- The total amount will be deducted from the gift card balance.
- If the purchase exceeds the gift card value, the remaining balance can be paid with another payment method.
The key is not working
If you have activated the key according to the guide but the code appears not to work, please check what type of error message you receive and depending on it follow the appropriate instructions:
- My key is Duplicated / Already Used. How can I proceed?
- My key is Invalid. How can I proceed?
- My key is region locked / can't be activated in my country. How can I proceed?
