How to activate a VMware vSAN key?

Before activating your key, please ensure you have downloaded the correct version of the software:

VMware vSan Standard 7 key

VMware vSan Standard 7 for Desktop key

VMware vSAN Enterprise 7 key

VMware vSAN Enterprise Plus 7 key

VMware vSan Enterprise 7 For Desktop key

VMware vSan Advanced 7 key

VMware vSan Advanced 7 for Desktop key

VMware vSAN 8 key

Vmware vSAN 8 Enterprise Plus key

Vmware vSAN 8 For Tanzu key

1. Log into your Vmware account or create an existing one.
2. Go to Manage -> License
3. Enter the key.

The key is not working

If you have activated the key according to the guide but the code appears not to work, please check what type of error message you receive and depending on it follow the appropriate instructions:

• My key is Duplicated / Already used
• My key is Invalid
• My key is region locked / can't be activated in my country
• My key did not activate all of the content   
• My key does not work. What should I do?
