If you receive a key that appears to be invalid upon activation, please ensure you are activating it correctly before contacting Customer Support. Some products require a specific activation method, so here are a few quick steps to verify if this applies to your purchase.
Check the Important notes
If a product requires a specific activation method, this information will be displayed in the "Important Notes" section of its description. Simply head back to the page of the product you purchased and click the "See important notes" button to automatically scroll down to these instructions.

If a product has special activation requirements, you must follow them carefully - otherwise, the key may show up as invalid. To avoid any issues, we strongly recommend reviewing the "Important Notes" section before making a purchase.

Activation Guide
If there are no special instructions in the "Important Notes," you may still be experiencing a standard activation error. Check the product's Activation Guide to ensure you are following the correct steps.
Every product has a specific Activation Guide to walk you through the process. To view it, simply go to the order page and click the "Activation guide" button.

You can check the activation guide before buying to confirm the product's requirements work for you. To read the instructions, scroll down to the Product Description and click the "Activation Guide" button.

Watch out for typos!
Please ensure there are no typos when entering your key. It is easy to accidentally confuse characters like "S" with "5" or "1" with "I". To avoid any errors, we highly recommend using the "copy" button located right next to your key.

However, using the "copy" button might not work perfectly in every situation. If your delivery includes additional information or provides two separate keys in a single order, make sure to copy only the actual product key and not the surrounding text.

Still doesn't work
If the key still does not work, please reach out to our Customer Support team. To ensure your case is processed as quickly as possible, please prepare full-screen screenshots showing the issue:
- The entered key before you click activate
- The exact error message displayed after attempting activation
- Your Games Library and licenses for the platform the product is designed for
Please note: These screenshots cannot be cropped or edited in any way. Your entire screen must be visible, including your computer's taskbar showing the current date and time.
Once you submit these images to us, we will investigate the matter right away. If the issue is confirmed, we will gladly offer you either a replacement key or a full refund.
