How to complete a PayPal Payment:
1. Select PayPal as your preferred payment method at checkout
2. If you don’t have a K4G account, please enter the email address where you would like to receive your order
3. Select Order and Pay
4. Log in to your PayPal Account
- You will be redirected to the PayPal login page, where you have to enter your PayPal email address and password,
5. Choose your payment source
- Inside PayPal, select your preferred payment source (balance, bank account, or connected card),
- Review the details carefully and click Go to check your order,
- Confirm the Payment,
After confirmation on PayPal, you will be redirected back to K4G website and a confirmation message will appear whenever the payment is successful.

Common Issues & Mistakes
- Browser issues:
Outdated browser - Try placing your order using a different browser or through your mobile device,
❗Cookies disabled - Please enable cookies (or reset them if needed) to allow the payment to process correctly,
❗Ad blocker interfering - Disable any ad blocker temporarily to ensure the payment goes through without issues.
- Wrong PayPal login details - Double-check if your email and password are correct,
- Two-factor authentication (SMS/Authenticator app) has not been completed - log in to PayPal again, making sure to put the correct 2FA code,
- Insufficient funds - Make sure you have enough balance, or a valid funding source linked to your PayPal account,
- Internet connection was interrupted during checkout,
- Payment has not been completed because the website timed out, or the tab/browser was closed before finishing,
- Card declined inside PayPal - Some cards are not supported by PayPal, make sure you have a valid payment source.
⚠️ Certain cards (like prepaid) are not supported directly by PayPal.
❗Pending payment - Sometimes PayPal payments may remain “Pending" or “Processing” for a few hours (or up to 1–2 business days in rare cases). Check PLACEHOLDER for more details regarding the issue.
