Using your Credit/Debit card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Maestro etc.) is a safe and convenient way to pay. Below, you will find a step-by-step guide on how to complete your payment successfully.

How to complete a Credit/Debit card payment:
1. Select Credit/Debit card as your preferred payment method at checkout
2. If you don’t have a K4G account, please enter the email address where you would like to receive your order
3. Select Order and Pay
4. Enter your card details
- Card number,
- Expiration date,
- CVV/CVC code (3 digits on the back),
- Cardholder’s name exactly as printed on the card.
⚠️ Certain cards (like prepaid) might not be supported.
5. Accept the payment by pressing Pay now
⚠️ Our card payments are operated by PayPal, but don’t worry - you do not have to have an account with them to place an order on K4G
6. 3D Secure/Bank Authentication
Some banks will require an extra security step in a form of SMS code, app confirmation or bank login. Proceed with instructions you will be shown on the screen.

After confirmation, you will be redirected back to K4G website and a confirmation message will appear whenever the payment is successful.

Common Issues & Mistakes
- Card has been declined
Insufficient funds - Please make sure you have sufficient funds in the account to complete the purchase. Pay attention to the possible currency exchange - K4G operates in Euros.
- Wrong card details entered
Before proceeding with the payment, check if the provided payment details are correct (name, number, expiry date, CVV).
In order to make a purchase, the card cannot be expired and has to be activated beforehand.
- 3D Secure code is invalid - If your bank requested a 2-Factor Authentication verification, ensure you have:
- Entered the correct code,
- The code is not expired,
- Provided the correct phone number for the verification,
- Completed the verification till the very end.
- Browser issues:
Outdated browser - Try placing your order using a different browser or through your mobile device,
❗Cookies disabled - Please enable cookies (or reset them if needed) to allow the payment to process correctly,
❗Ad blocker interfering - Disable any ad blocker temporarily to ensure the payment goes through without issues.
- Internet connection was interrupted during checkout,
- Payment has not been completed because the website timed out, or the tab/browser was closed before finishing,
❗Pending payment - Sometimes payments may remain “Pending" or “Processing” for a few hours (or up to 1–2 business days in rare cases). Check PLACEHOLDER for more details regarding the issue.
In case of the problems below, please contact your bank directly.
- Card is not enabled for online or international payments,
- Daily/monthly spending limit reached,
- Card is blocked by the bank for security reasons.
Please remember, you can always try to place an order with the use of a different card or payment method.
