I have not viewed the key yet
If you have already placed an order, which status is Complete but you still have not viewed the key, we are glad to inform you that we can offer you a refund.
To receive a fast refund directly to your K4G balance, simply click the refund button located next to any unviewed key. Our system will process the return instantly, allowing registered users to use their new store credit immediately.

I am not registered
If you ordered as a guest, you can easily access your refunds and order history by creating an account. Just be sure to register using the same email address you used to make your purchase, and your refunded balance will be automatically available.

I want a refund in money
A refund to your original payment method is also available, but this requires assistance from our Customer Support team. After a brief review, your request will be forwarded to our accounting department.
Please note: if you have already received an automatic refund to your store balance, you must not spend those funds; otherwise, your cash refund request will be canceled. Processing times for refunds to original payment methods typically take 1 to 7 business days. This timeframe depends entirely on your bank or payment provider, and we have no control over their processing speeds.

I have already viewed the key
On the other hand, if you have placed an order and already viewed the key, as stated in our Terms & Conditions (10.3 Refunds) we are unfortunately unable to issue a refund for such a purchase:
When you click on the "View Key" button, you expressly agree to the delivery of the Product before the lapse of term to exercise your right to withdraw from the purchase. This results in the loss of your right to withdraw from the purchase. So, once access to the Product (its key or activation code) has been enabled to you, the sale contract has been fully performed and you no longer can cancel an order. we are not able to provide you a refund.
Please remember that K4G provides digital keys to activate your products. Because we do not develop the games themselves, we cannot offer refunds if you are unsatisfied with a game's quality or simply do not enjoy it. However, if you are experiencing issues activating your key, please contact our Customer Support team. We will gladly help you redeem it or provide a solution if the key is confirmed to be invalid.
