How to activate an Ubisoft Connect key?

Activating an Ubisoft Connect key is really easy, simply follow these short steps:

1. Launch your Ubisoft Connect app and log into your account.

2.Now click on a menu icon on the top left corner of the window.

3.Choose the Activate a key option.

4.In the new window type the code you've received and click the Activate button. That’s all! The game will be now in the Games section.

 The key is not working

If you have activated the key according to the guide but the code appears not to work, please check what type of error message you receive and depending on it follow the appropriate instructions:

• My key is Duplicated / Already used
• My key is Invalid
• My key is region locked / can't be activated in my country
• My key activated a different product
• My key did not activate all of the content
