Help CenterActivating an Epic Games key is really easy, simply follow these short steps:
- Enter https://www.epicgames.com/store.
- Login to your account.
- Click on your account name in the top right corner.
4.Now choose Redeem Code.
5.Type the code you've received and click the Redeem button (once it changes its color to blue).
6.That's it! You'll be redirected to your library where you'll be able to download and register your game.
The key is not working
If you have activated the key according to the guide but the code appears not to work, please check what type of error message you receive and depending on it follow the appropriate instructions:
- My key is Duplicated / Already used
- My key is Invalid
- My key is region locked / can't be activated in my country
- My key activated a different product
- My key did not activate all of the content
