OPTION 1:
- Uninstall your current Office set up
- Reboot your computer
- Install Office using the official offline installer, available at the official Microsoft.com download link: http://officecdn.microsoft.com/pr/492350F6-3A01-4F97-B9C0-C7C6DDF67D60/media/en-us/ProPlus2019Retail.img (Please copy the link and paste into your browser search bar)

PRODUCT KEY ACTIVATION
1. Get Installation ID
- Press Win + R, type SLUI 4, and press Enter
- Select your country/region
Write down the Installation ID.
2. Open Microsoft Activation Portal
- Go to https://aka.ms/aoh
- Sign in with your Microsoft account
3. Generate Confirmation ID
- Enter the Installation ID on the portal
- Copy the Confirmation ID provided
4. Complete Activation
- Return to the original PC
- Enter the Confirmation ID to finish activation.
OPTION 2:
- Reedeem the key at setup.office.com.

The key is not working
If you have activated the key according to the guide but the code appears not to work, please check what type of error message you receive and depending on it follow the appropriate instructions:
- My key is Duplicated / Already used
- My key is Invalid
- My key is region locked / can't be activated in my country
- My key activated a different product
- My key did not activate all of the content
