How to activate a HOLYO Gift Card key?

Redeeming a HOLYO Gift Card key is really simple, just follow these steps:

1. Go to www.holyo.com
2. Click "Redeem HolyoCard" button
3. Select your country
4. Select your desired voucher
5. Go through the checkout process
6. Insert your 16-digit HolyoCard code in the gift card field. If necessary, pay the difference with another form of payment (i.e. credit card)
7. In the order confirmation email, click "View your Code" to display the code you ordered

The key is not working

If you have activated the key according to the guide but the code appears not to work, please check what type of error message you receive and depending on it follow the appropriate instructions: 

• My key is Duplicated / Already used
• My key is Invalid
• My key is region locked / can't be activated in my country
• My key activated a different product
• My key did not activate all of the content
