How to activate a Black Desert Mobile key?

Redeeming a Black Desert Mobile key is really simple, just follow these steps:

Android:

1. Launch Black Desert Mobile and tap the Gift icon.
2. Open the options menu using the upper right corner button (three lines icon).
3. Tap the 'Settings' button in the lower right corner.
4. Find the 'Redeem Coupon' button and tap it.
5. Enter your coupon code and tap 'Redeem Coupon'.

iOS:

1. Go to the official Black Desert Mobile iOS Coupon Redeem Page.
2. Select the region that you're playing on.
3. Enter your in-game Family Name and select your region.
4. Enter your coupon code and click 'Redeem Coupon'.
5. Gifts will be sent immediately to your in-game mailbox.

The key is not working

If you have activated the key according to the guide but the code appears not to work, please check what type of error message you receive and depending on it follow the appropriate instructions:
