I am registered
If you have a registered account, simply log in and navigate to the "Library" section of your profile. There, you will find a complete history of all your purchased products, along with their order details.

I am not registered
If you checked out as a guest, search your email inbox for keywords like "K4G," "order," "completed," or "your items." Locate the email titled "Order [order ID] completed - your items" and open it to view your purchase directly.

If you still cannot find your confirmation email, please contact our Customer Support team. To help us locate your purchase manually, please provide your order ID, payment transaction ID, or the email address used during checkout. Please note that a manual search often requires coordination with other departments, so it may take a little extra time to resolve.
