I cannot log in to my K4G account. What should I do?

To many attemps
If you have entered the wrong login data too many times and the system has blocked your login, just wait 15 minutes and you will be able to try to login again.
"Something went wrong. Contact customer service for more information "
Before you contact Customer service we ask that you first do the following steps:
- Clear browser cache files
- Try logging in using a different browser
- Wait for 15 minutes and try again
If you cannot log in after following these steps, please contact our customer service.
