If you receive a key that appears to be region locked upon activation, please ensure you have bought a right product for your region. Some products have region restrictions visible in the product page, so here are a few quick steps to verify if this applies to your purchase.
Check the Important notes
If a product is region restricted, this information will be displayed in the "Important Notes" section of its description. Simply head back to the page of the product you purchased and click the "See important notes" button to automatically scroll down to these instructions. Also such information will be visible as "Will work in".

If a product has region restrictions listed, please note you were informed about it and the refund will not be possible. To avoid any issues, we strongly recommend reviewing the "Important Notes" section before making a purchase.

My region was not listed
If the key does not work and the region lock was not listed, please reach out to our Customer Support team. To ensure your case is processed as quickly as possible, please prepare full-screen screenshots showing the issue:
- The entered key before you click activate
- The exact error message displayed after attempting activation
- The profile region of the account
- Your Games Library and licenses for the platform the product is designed for
Please note: These screenshots cannot be cropped or edited in any way. Your entire screen must be visible, including your computer's taskbar showing the current date and time.
Once you submit these images to us, we will investigate the matter right away. If the issue is confirmed, we will gladly offer you either a replacement key or a full refund.
